Cancellation, Refund and Postponement Policy

CANCELLATION/ REFUND/ POSTPONEMENT POLICY

Standard/ Non-Customised Cupcakes

You can ask for cancellation and refund of your order 3 days prior to the order shipping/ collection date. As our schedule has been reserved for you, and we may need to plan and source for ingredients in advance, we would not be able to offer you a refund if you ask to cancel within 3 days of the order's shipping date. However, we can accept postponement of order due to unforeseen circumstances up to 2 days* prior to the order shipping/ collection date (e.g. child on medical leave hence unable to go to school). Kindly note that we do not accept postponement of order less than 2 days prior to shipping date, and any such postponement is only considered on case-by-case basis and subject to 50% of postponement charge. For postponements, booking of the new date is subject to schedule availability.

The above policy applies to last minute order placed with less than 3 days lead time for non-customised cupcakes.

*E.g. Last day of postponement without penalty for an order due to be shipped on Friday is by end of Tuesday.

Customised Cupcakes

You can ask for a cancellation and refund of your order 7 days prior to the order shipping/ collection date. As we will need to order image prints or start preparing for other customization elements for your order, we would not be able to offer you a refund if you ask to cancel within 7 days of the order's shipping date. As customized cupcakes also require significant time to prepare, the slot would also have been reserved for your order. However, we can accept postponement of order due to unforeseen circumstances up to 3 days* prior to the order shipping/ collection date (e.g. child on medical leave hence unable to go to school). Kindly note that we do not accept postponement of order less than 3 days prior to shipping date, and any such postponement is only considered on case-by-case basis and subject to 50% of postponement charge. For postponements, booking of the new date is subject to schedule availability.

RETURN POLICY

As cupcakes are perishable goods, we do not offer any returns. If the goods have already been collected or delivered in good condition, we would not be able to offer you a return/ refund option for that order.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the products are damaged during transit, we will refund your order. As bakery products are perishable goods, you may take a picture of the damaged products and Whatsapp to us at +6590067868 within 8 hours upon receipt of the goods and we will process the refund. You do not need to ship back the damaged goods.

Kindly note that the above policy applies only for products that are opt for delivery by us. It does not apply for self collection orders as you would check that the products are in order at the point of collection.
